Premature Ejaculation Description

Premature Ejaculation (PE) is defined as a condition in which the male ejaculates prior to, at the time of, or immediately following insertion into the vagina. There are also extreme cases of PE where sexual intercourse does not take place at all, because the male partner ejaculates at the very start of foreplay even before insertion is attempted. Most men will have suffered from PE at some stage.

Most men ejaculate within 3-5 minutes after the penis has entered the vagina. Most women would consider this premature.

In most cases men will last longer if they have sex a second time a little while later, but this can take anything from a few minutes to several hours to get another erection and the passion that goes with it. With ejaculation too soon, the strong male desire (lust) may also have been reduced, or completely removed, leaving his partner unsatisfied and the man "lack lustre".

Premature ejaculation is a physical problem but will develop into psychological issue affecting both the man and his partner.

Premature Ejaculation (PE) is caused by the nerve supply to the penis being set way too high, resulting in "super sensitivity".
